Slabjacking: A Smart Alternative to Full Replacement
In some cases, a sinking concrete slab doesn’t require a costly full replacement. Slabjacking offers a more efficient, less invasive solution for lifting and stabilizing the slab back to its proper level. This process involves:
- Cutting small access points in the slab at strategic locations.
- Installing our custom, patent-pending slab bracket piers.
- Using engineered methods to raise the slab safely and evenly.
Unlike mudjacking, which can fail over time, slabjacking with bracket piers is built for long-term performance and durability. It’s a preferred choice when soil conditions are poor but the slab itself is in otherwise good condition.
