“Such a great experience with Anglin's. This is the 4th foundation repair company I had come out for an estimate and attempt a repair. The FIRST 3 couldn't guarantee a price, couldn't guarantee they could get the job done, or flat out disappeared on me upon an obstacle. Over a year into this and I come across Anglin's. Alec and Garrett came out and were very confident they could get the work done. I mentioned the obstacles and worries from the other company's and they weren't worried at all. It seemed they've seen it all and were ready to tackle any issue. Anglin's estimate came in lower than most. They promised to tackle any depth, included that in the estimate so no surprises to be expected. No additional charges were spoken about. They scheduled me within a week and just wrapped the job. I checked on their progress periodically and it was truly impressive. The equipment used looked way better than another company's. It seems they've streamlined their process, preventing variables from getting in the way. In the end, no surprises, they delivered on everything promised and the cost remained the same as initially quoted. Lifetime and transferrable warranty. I wish I found these guys sooner.”

“We reached out to Anglin's about stabilizing our carport column that had shifted outwards after years of neglected gutter and drainage maintenance (not by us). It is a problem we inherited, unfortunately, with our vintage ranch fixer. After meeting with several companies and also confirming with our structural engineer, we confidently proceeded with Anglin's to install piers to keep the column from moving any further and fill the resulting expansion joint with flexible material. We also had them do repair work at the block wall in our crawlspace. From initial first visit with John and Iggy, the quote process and executed work, we are relieved we chose them. The price was fair, the work was swift, and every worker was professional and courteous. We hated to spend money on fixing something like this, but we now have peace of mind knowing it was done correctly by a company that takes pride in their work.”

“We had a terrible foundation issue, the foyer was separating from the house due to tree roots from a tree that had been planted too close to the house. John, from Anglin’s, came out, gave us a detailed bid, and explained what our problem was and the solution. The price was very fair and included putting in 6 piers to jack up the house. The other bids I received were only for 4 piers and cost more money for the job. I found out that John has worked for Anglin’s for 15 years. The foreman who handled my job, Iggy, has worked for them for 33 years. This is a family owned company who takes pride in doing a good job. They take care of their employees and their employees are experienced and well trained. I recommend them highly.”

They installed screw peers to support the foundation and repaired cracks in brick — making them disappear with their masonry artistry. I can’t say enough good about the work they have done. They have an excellent Warranty although I have not have needed them to make repairs to what they fixed. Most recently they have stabilized a moving stacked stone patio wall using sea anchor technology, and welded steel rods and plates. I trust the problem will be resolved, but am confident that if there is any future movement, Anglin will be out to make sure the wall remains stable. “We had a great experience with our repair. Had originally been given a quote for 1 pier, however, when performing the job it was determined that to avoid any future trouble, a second pier was necessary. Chris worked with us and gave us a good price for adding the second pier. Some other companies had given us estimates with several piers and foam that were over 3 times more expensive that what Anglin quoted for us. Our property had this problem since delivered to us by the builder. Rather than addressing it back in 2010, they just fixed the grout. They went bankrupt a couple months after we moved in (was a short sale). After 11 years the crack just got bigger and bigger, so it was time to ensure we fixed the issue once and for all. I hope we have taken care of it forever thanks to Anglin.”
