They put the I-beams under my house. They put the I-beams in, and they had to level the house and lift it up. What made them exceptional was I needed it done quickly, and the guy who I talked to scheduled me the next day. He had an opening in his schedule, he scheduled me the next day, and then he was able to do the work the day after, which was phenomenal. For all the people who I had to deal with during the renovation, he was one of the best. He also hooked me up with a roofer who was excellent as well. It's an A+ company. It was very, very good. Quality of work was done well. The only thing that was a little bit disappointing, which ended up working out for me in the long run, was they weren't able to put a hole in my floor, so I had to find a handyman last minute, which was a little inconvenient. Customer service was so good. They said they'd arrive at 6:00 AM that morning, and they most certainly did. It was a very good experience, very much an A+. I recommended them to my parents, my sister—everybody who needs floor leveling or anything, that would be the person. Those guys are at the top of my list.

I can't remember the guy's name, he was a Mexican fellow and he was the crew chief but he did a really good job. They delivered on their promise. They did foundation repair of my home in Roswell. I would definitely rate them A. I’d never had a foundation repair before, so I've nothing to compare it, with but they met my expectations. They quoted me something, they did exactly what they promised they would do, and—now that I think about it, I had one guy even do something that wasn't in the scope and didn't charge me for it. It wasn't a big deal, but they went beyond, the quote included. He put some rods in. I have like half a dozen or four or five steps of concrete going up to the main entrance, and they were sagging. I didn't hire them to repair that, but he did put in some rods. They go into concrete that's built—that's designed for driveways or even the freeway. He drilled a couple of those in there for me and didn't charge me, just to keep it from sagging anymore. I got the guy out there to quote it. He came the day he said. It was all good. Believe me, I did about $20-25,000 of preparation work to sell my home last spring, and out of all the companies I had in, they were the most positive experience. I liked their expertise because I had two other companies come out, and I felt they were honest in what they explained, and they delivered on what they explained.

He worked with us—any sort of additional detail, I guess, or little things—he kind of helped out with to make sure that we got what we wanted out of it. They put in I think like two or three beams to raise the house in a corner, and they did a little bit of masonry work. There was an existing crack that needed to be filled in, and they did masonry. Somebody on their team was very specialized in it, so it was good after it was done. They’d get an A-.

I got three estimates. They stick to the price, and the price is reasonable. The workers who came to the site were very cordial, and they are very reliable. They did the job. Sometimes people do the job and then jack up the price at the end of the work. It's the foundation that is sagging that is leaning against—leaning away from the house because the house is sitting on a slope, so they shored it up with steel piers. They get all A+. They are really good.

They were a very competitive bid. They did the anchor. I sell anchor drives. They weren't using any of mine, but they gave a competitive price, and they also did the masonry work after the fact when they fixed my foundation. I think that's very positive. I would recommend them to anybody. Matter of fact, I recommended them to my neighbor. He may have them do some work. It was a foundation repair. The brick on my garage was coming off the front of my house, and they determined it was the foundation because the brick was laying on dirt, so they put in three piers, and then they took a ram and pushed the brick up and bolted it all back to the backing of my garage. Then they did the masonry work of filling the cracks and fixing that as well. It's an A+ job.

It was a front porch repair. It was a sinking front porch, like 99 percent of the front porch. For the overall experience I'm going to give them a B. I'd say their work was an A, but they're very proud of their work, and they were on the high end of the bid. They did a good job work wise. They were very professional, set up, clean up.

They did some work, and then part of the work when they installed it—there was a beam they put in that actually fell out, and they had to come back and redo it. It was the foundation. The other feedback for them is all of their documentation states that all jobs have a lifetime warranty, and it states it over and over in their literature. Then they came out and did some work for me and they said, 'Oh no, that job doesn't have a lifetime warranty with the house,' but all of their literature states emphatically that all jobs have a lifetime warranty. They need to clean up their wording there. I'd give them a B-. In terms of punctuality and cleanliness and all of that, they did a very nice job. But in terms of—but it's more about—that steel beam they put in actually fell out, and I wasn't very happy.

It was a situation where we did have an expectation a little bit different than the outcome, which was that what we had hoped for was that it would be raised a little bit higher, but given how they explained the process, they did the best that they could. I just noticed that on the piers they put in, the dirt has compounded, and it didn't have a cap on it. I would say it was a B job. I think the quality was OK except for the fact they didn't put a cap on it. The dirt's gone away from it.

They kind of pushed my house back. I was having some of the brick pull away from the windows in the front. They fixed it as much as they could. They said they couldn't guarantee that they would get it all the way back, but they got it a good ways back. The work was an A-. You can't see the work, but I'm guessing it's fine. They were here the same day that they looked at it.

They did some repairs for one of my clients. I hired them and I'm pretty sure that I actually paid them, but it was at a client's house. I saw the work get done. They put in some pillars in a basement in a concrete floor. The floor was cracking and messed up, so they had to put some pillars in to support the floor. It was an A+, they did a great job and jumped through hoops for me, and they did it really quick. Everything was A+. They're very good.

They had to jack up the foundation on several points of the house. They dug and put some pier jacks in there. It's good, but when I looked in the front I had one question, but I could call them and ask them about it. There was one thing I never got around to asking them. I wanted to ask about the very front part right by the stucco area, but I'll call them and ask them about it. I would give them a high B or A-, somewhere in there. The only question I had was where there was right in the front part where they had put a dent next to some stucco; I can see that the stucco has an imprint against it, that's what I need to ask them about. They had good customer service. Regarding their cleanliness, it's related to that area right where there's the stucco with an imprint in it. They work hard and do a good job.

They installed helical piers, three piles. It was pretty major work; it was 5, dollars worth of work. I would give it an A-. I actually have already recommended Anglin's to others.

So far, it's been positive, but I've noticed some cracking on the work they've done. I'm a little concerned about it, so I do want to follow up with them on that. It's 3, dollars’ worth of work, so it's very expensive to start cracking again. My front steps are brick and they were connected to the front porch and the concrete that connects them had broken apart. It caused the steps to have about a two-inch gap between the steps and the porch and entry walkaway. Then that caused two sections of my sidewalk to come undone. So they replaced two sections of sidewalk and then jacked up the brick steps and attached them back. I'll do a B-.

It was over a year ago. It was a little bit pricey, but it was a positive experience. We had some mortar that had cracked on probably over 2 years and they corrected that. We also had a step that had fell down below grade so they bumped that back up. Everything was fine. I'd probably grade them a B+.

They were great people. Everything came out fine, in fact they did more than they had to. They did foundation repair work, they raised two corners of the house. I'd give them an A. Their customer service is very good. They were only here two days, boom, boom. They cleaned up good, their expertise displayed was great.

I had a good experience with them; they were very good. They do what they say, it's not the most expensive around and it lasts for a long, long time. It was foundation repair, they put in piers in my basement and on the outside of the house. I give them an A+. Customer service was excellent. They were great.

It was well handled and I was very happy with the results. They did foundation repair. We had a chimney that was coming away from the building and they had to go down and jack the foundation up back against the building and seal it. They did a fine job. I would give my experience an A. They did very well, everything was cleaned up and put back in order.

They did what they said they were going to do and they fixed my house. They jacked up my house. There was some faulty construction when it was built 2 years ago, and some of the structure was not necessarily supported, so it was dropping. Anglin's jacked it up, put high beams underneath it, made it level, and fixed my house. It was pretty expensive so that makes it a B, if it was less expensive it would've been an A. As far as the quality of their work, there's nothing to dispute. They knew what they were doing, they did it in a timely manner, and they didn't leave until they were happy. Customer service was excellent, punctuality was perfect, they were very clean. Obviously, they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anybody. If somebody said 'I got a problem,' I would recommend Anglin's. I called another company, and when they came and looked at it, they never came back. They said 'I'll call you' and they left. They didn't even want to have anything to do with it. These guys are truly professional, and they do quality work. When you're fixing the foundation of a 4, dollar house, spending 2, dollars is not really unreasonable.
