You might find this interesting for future…. First, you were located due to “Google” search. My print-out consisted of (13) Atlanta companies, from which to choose. Beginning with “ zero” experience in this field, I was able to reduce 13, down to 6. The final cut was, altas piers, engineered solutions, altnata foundations, aqua guard, foundation worx. Some I did not like their web page, some used an answering service, others would not travel to Calhoun, GA., or would not return my call, etc, etc. ( Your company passed the test on all above!)
However: Nathan returned my call, visited the Calhoun site as promised, explained his plans for repair, gave written contract, and promised to place work crew on site, day of work. ( Which he did!)
The crew on site were very experienced, and did all work as Nathan promised, cleaned work area, and did good job repairing mortar joints.
